No your safety is our top priority. While the door will be closed, you can leave at any time if needed. An emergency exit is always available, and our staff monitors your game the entire time.
Each game lasts 60 minutes, but please arrive at least 15 minutes early for a briefing. Allow around 90 minutes in total for the full experience, including your pre-game introduction and post-game photo.
Not at all! All you need is curiosity, teamwork, and a willingness to think outside the box. No prior escape room experience is required just bring your problem-solving spirit.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move around in. You won’t be crawling or climbing, but you might need to search, bend, or move around the room. Avoid high heels or restrictive clothing.
Yes most of our rooms are suitable for players aged 10 and above. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some themes may be better suited to older players; check the game description for details.
If the clock runs out, our game master will join you in the room and explain the puzzles you missed. You’ll still have had a great time and you can always come back to try again!
